A health coach is a supportive mentor who helps clients feel their best through food, behavioral and lifestyle changes. With personalized programs and one-on-one encouragement, clients can learn to live a healthy lifestyle increasing their overall energy and vitality.

Coaching can be individualized or in a group setting and can focus on multiple wellness pillars simultaneously. For example, a Health Coach can help you learn how to manage stress as a weight loss tool.

Scope of Practice

A health coach is not a substitute for a doctor or a medical professional. Engaging a health coach does not replace the need for a primary care doctor, therapist or specialist. In fact, it would benefit you to share with your medical professional that you are working with a health coach. As a health coach I can partner with your medical professional to help guide you on your path to achieving your goals. When needed, I can also recommend options for medical professionals.
